On his way from the Pittsburgh Symphony to the Syracuse Opera, conductor Lawrence Loh leads the San Luis Obispo Symphony in the New Year’s Eve POPS concert, featuring performances of the top symphonic gems starting at 7:30 p.m. until the Times Square Ball Drops!
