Things are about to change up over at the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Center Gallery on Palm Street in San Luis Obispo.

The You’ll Love Our Art show is only hanging at the gallery until Jan. 23. The next exhibit is a solo show by local artist Lauren Jay. Her vibrant work will fill your senses. Come check it out at Art After Dark on Feb. 5 from 6 to 9 p.m.

The gallery is also looking for works from artists for its two upcoming shows for 2016, the Pride show in June or July and the Growing Together show in October or November. The GALA Center prefers art that hasn’t been shown in the San Luis Obispo area for the last two years. For more information, contact gallery curator Ethel Landers at ethellanders@charter.net

The gallery is open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday as well as the first Friday of each month from 6 to 9 p.m. for Art After Dark.
