An article regarding concealed-carry permits (“Hidden in plain sight,” May 2) merits correction. Former San Luis Obispo County District Attorney Chief Investigator Doug Odom was a sworn peace officer—as are all D.A. investigators—in January 1990, when he arrived home to find two burglars inside. ∆
