NEW TIMES Where do you host your catering events?
FAULKNER We typically cater throughout the Northern Central Coast, such as Templeton, Atascadero, and Paso Robles. However, we have served throughout the entire Central Coast before.
NEW TIMES What kind of cuisine do you offer?
FAULKNER We provide custom catering depending on the event at hand. Our professional staff provides fine dining that ranges from $15 to $18 per person, and features an assortment of appetizers, entrees, salads, soups, desserts, and drinks. We have sample menus located on our website, and we can accommodate and create a menu to suit your special event.
NEW TIMES Tell us more about the cooking classes you provide.
FAULKNER We do host cooking classes on the third Wednesday of each month. They take place at Idler’s Appliances in Paso Robles, located at 2361 Theatre Drive. The classes start at 5:30 and last for an hour, but we also provide four-course dinner classes as well. For more information, feel free to check our website at hospitalitycatering.net.
