The orchestrated political conventions are done. Now it’s the voters’ turn.
Senator John McCain, one of the Keating Five, and his congressional allies gave us: Constitutional assaults, questionable oil profits/prices/favors, a politicized justice department, excessive executive “public” corporation pay and bonuses, reduced health care, human-rights assaults, shrinking education, withdrawal from the International Criminal Court Treaty, efforts to privatize Social Security, and world disprespect.
Elect Barack Obama, the true transcendent candidate. Eject members of Congress who resist legislating a single-payer universal health-care system. Stop our invasions, reduce the causes of the financial mess (deregulation, secrecy, options), and “reverse” the actions stated in the above-paragraph.
