23-year-old Marcel Groesback of Cambria became the 20th person to die on SLO County roads since July 1 when she drove her Lancer SUV off Hi-way 1 near Cayucous at high speed Tuesday night. Groesman’s misshap is the 16th fatal accident in the last two months.
