NEVENKA SCHUMAKER presents multimedia works June 17-July 26 at the Old Gallery at the Schoolhouse, 880 Main St., Cambria. Presented by the Allied Arts Association. OPEN STUDIO AND GARDEN TOUR, hosted by the Los Padres Artist Guild, features ten artists opening their studios and gardens to the public June 19, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., in the Santa Maria Valley. Tour booklets are $10 and will admit two people to all the studios. Proceeds benefit the guild's scholarship fund. CALLS FOR ENTRIES

SLO ART CENTER is accepting entries for "Dimensions 2004," the annual juried show. Each artist can submit up to three works. Entries must by hand delivered June 14, 5-8 p.m., or June 15, 10 a.m.-noon, at the SLO Art Center, 1010 Broad St., SLO. Info: 543-8562.

ART IN THE PARK is celebrated the first Sunday of every month at the Dinosaur Caves Park in Shell Beach. The event includes live music, food, a farmers' market, fresh flowers, massage, and vendors of fine art. Artists are needed to participate in the event and all mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, jewelry, and furniture, are welcome. Info: 704-8128.

MORRO BAY RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT is seeking local artists to display their work in the Morro Bay Community Center Art Gallery. Selected artists show for one month at a time. Info: 772-6278.
