THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES, a zany adaptation of the beloved Hans Christian Andersen story, is staged through April 25 at The Great American Melodrama, Hwy 1, Oceano. The show is followed by a vaudeville salute to villains we love to hate, "I Wanna Be Bad." Performances are at 7 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 8 p.m. Fridays, at 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Saturdays, and at 6 p.m. Sundays. Info: 489-2499.

A VERY BRADDY MURDER is presented by Murder in Mind Productions and JJ's at the Beach through April 25 at 1351 Price St., Pismo Beach. The murder mystery dinner theater is performed at 6 p.m. Saturdays and 5 p.m. Sundays. Help solve the crime while enjoying dinner and becoming a part of the show.
