WiVi, the largest wine industry gathering on the Central Coast, has announced that it will commence this March 15 with a conference at the Paso Robles Event Center. Plan to attend and check out new winemaking technologies as well as booths pertaining to enology, viticulture, and direct-to-consumer sales.
