Congrats to pancake eating winner Emanuel Ramos of Arroyo Grande and keep up the good vibes University of California Cooperative Extension will present a Cottage Food Operations workshop in SLO designed especially for farmers, but open to anyone interested in producing value-added products in their own kitchens (June 15; tickets are $25; call 781-4093 for info) … Pink wines are taking over my life: Congrats to San Miguel-based Mystic Hills Vineyards’ 2013 rosé, which won a silver medal at the 2015 Rosé Competition at Simi Winery in Napa Valley (visit for info).
