San Luis Obispo Utilities Department employees recently deployed the city's automated storm water inspection tool in a sewer main under the Marsh Street Bridge near Santa Rosa Street. The sewer camera was being used to map lateral connections in preparation for the city's massive effort to replace the bridge, a major infrastructure project currently set to begin in 2015.
Utilities employee Randy Stevenson observed and recorded the tool's findings via closed circuit television.
