This delicious white offers zingy grapefruit flavors nicely softened by notes of melon and lime. Just the ticket with spicy foods (not too hot), it refreshes the palate between tastes. But you’ll find it’s quite nice enjoyed as an aperitif. I’d pair it with green enchiladas, chile rellenos, or shellfish salads. Working at a SIP-certified vineyard, vintner Robert Hall is committed to sustainable farming. It’s a very good buy at only $14 retail, available in local stores and at the tasting room on Hwy. 46 East.
