Plovers don't pay taxes

U.S.A.: Naturalized during the 200th
centennial year, I am continually surprised
at our laws. I find that the biggest group of landowners never personally bought their land, or paid taxes. They have total protection under new laws that they can never be evicted. Their rights are administered by a giant bureaucracy which is totally IRS-supported out of the nation's budget at no cost to them.

Who? You guessed correctly, the landowners are the red-legged frogs, the white plovers, and a variety of other wildlife, including some wildflowers. There are millions of homeless citizens across this vast U.S.A. who have nowhere to live. They paid taxes all their lives until tragedy struck. Now they are down and out, rejected and disowned by society without love or hope. They are branded as people strays. America the beautiful. These are my opinions only.
