It's funny. You never hear people complain about the cost of the US having the worlds largest military budget (bigger than the next 9 or 10 countries put together), or hear them complaining about the cost of cutting taxes for the extremely wealthy. But the moment you bring up something like free college or making a system that prevents people from going bankrupt from medical bills, all of a sudden, it's "how are we going to pay for it?"
