It's unfortunate the city lost great leaders in the process and spent money on the outside consultant only to tell them the same thing the Emergency Chiefs had been expressing for the past years. Shame on members on the council who may have been holding on to "the way things were " almost 20 years ago. Shame on other city officials for not focusing on their community's safety first!
Glad to see there was something good to come out of the departure of Paso's ES Chief. He had to get this noticed one way or the other.
