To someone like me with an extremely strong sense of smell, the overbearing scent of alcohol found in a wine goblet, makes nearly every single wine I've ever tried in 30 years of being of age to do so, unpalatable.
In fact I gave up trying altogether because the harder I tried, the more pretentious the crowd I found myself within. That's not the experience I was ever looking to find. No thanks.
Now, if you don't mind, please point me to the nearest craft brewery. My drink of choice and clearly my level of peeps.
Additionally, as an Atascadero resident, I repeat what I've posted on other local website:
Atascadero is turning into a urban city like Inglewood with booze on every corner.
Those that can't, make or sell booze.
This town needs real jobs not more booze peddlers.

Their hot pastrami sandwich on a perfectly toasted (optional) French Roll (with a little pull instead of the standard Rye) have been worthy of multiple trips up from Atascadero to gnosh. Everything else that has been tried by family, both visiting and by us, quickly disappears off of their serving baskets.

9Deport all ILLEGAL INVADERS and their spawn that use emergency rooms as their health care and birthing centers to help fix the problem for REAL AMERICANS.
It is primarily that ILLEGAL INVADER demographic that forced the closures of countless financially failing hospitals (well, several hundred at last count over a decade plus ago) in this state alone.
The all encompassing infrastructure of America is based on the known number of legal, tax paying residents. Those that take, take, take are stealing, i.e., healthcare, teacher time, limited classroom seats, highway space, etc., from our fellow Americans that need the help.
Don't shoot the messenger, just finally wise up.

What you read is not an article, it is an OPINION piece. Nothing more, nothing less. I always seem to disagree with the twits opinion but I don't argue with opinions.
I prefer fact based news reporting. The type of news info that is in very short supply in this county. Has been in my two plus years of living here. SLO appears to not only be a (quickly changing) lifestyle but more of a dimwitted locale when it comes to putting pen to paper (hands to keyboard in this era) regarding local and geo political issues. In addition to having an overall poor understanding of all things that are actually important versus manufactured topics that keep giving a voice to the extreme minority of faux outrage lepers.
