If the City Council really wanted an impartial analysis of the Petition/measure they would not have had the City Attorney undertake that. Where was the City Council and City Attorney for the year this was in the works? Why didn't they reach out to the Petitioners earlier on? It is the City Attorney that is responsible for the unnecessary cost of this election which will likely be contested if it fails based upon her unlawful action.
Re: “Judge rejects developer's demand for $500,000 from SLO residents”
The developer sought the identification and personal financial information of all supporters of Friends of 71 Palomar by alleging we opposed the low income units included in the project. No such objection has ever been made, we are seeking a full and valid EIR as to the Historic House, urban forest, and biological assets including raptors.
