Winter harvest: Paso farm-to-table mainstay Thomas Hill Organics will open its downtown SLO location at The Collection this Nov. 14 with a grand opening celebration kicking off from 4 to 6 p.m. The restaurant will continue to serve the seasonal produce you know and love plus wood-fired pizzas and craft cocktails. Located in the heart of San Luis Obispo, The Collection also features fellow eateries Luna Café, and Mint + Craft (for all the info, go to thomashillorganics.com) … it’s cheese season, people! OK, it’s always cheese season, but it can never hurt to up your charcuterie game for the holidays.
