Grover Beach city manager resigns
In an announcement that caught many city staffers by surprise, a vacationing Ron Anderson, city manager of Grover Beach for the past four years, turned in his resignation Wednesday.
Anderson has accepted the post of assistant city manager of Suisun City in Northern California.
