Hey Shredder, it seems I struck a nerve, judging from your characteristically vitriolic reaction to my belief that Steve Moss was the former Shredder ("Can you dig it?" July 7-14).
FYI, I haven't changed my hairstyle in years, I am not frumpy, and my days are far from boring. That said, why would you abruptly reinvent yourself immediately after Steve Moss died, after being the same old nasty Shredder all these years? Hmm.
Don't blame me for Nipomo's not becoming a city. Come now. And I am active in trying to prevent the takeover of Nipomo Park by the county and Rec Center, so there.
Your veiled threat of "abruptly changing" my face I took as just another example of your indignation over my suggestion that you are the second generation Shredder.
To borrow from Shakespeare, for the benefit of your readers, methinks the Shredder doth protest too much.
