It seems to me that some of these jurisdictions (cities) and their councils are delving too much into the lives of the renters and owners of properties that they might want to rent out on a short-term basis, i.e., one bed equals two people? How does the council know that two people will sleep in one bed? These written amendments are delving into our lives too much, Please! If the current residents of a home occupy it and there are over five bedrooms, are they currently required to provide 5 parking spaces? So sad for those that have been here and owned for years being told what to do by those who are new to their cities and want everyone else to march to their standards, or go away! Clearly NIMBY, I have my slice of paradise, I do not want anyone else to enjoy it!
