Citing the case of a woman who hadn't obtained a screening in eight years is not due to lack of available services or clinics. It's called procrastination, or being scared by a symptom enough to make that appointment.
There are plenty of opportunities to make appointments at clinics who are not controversially ending lives of their patients' offspring.
"Pushback from activists"? I think the PSHH assessed the whole situation, and after realizing that to associate with a controversial BUSINESS such as PP is to dance with the devil. There are other ways to "help" women, and it's not over a cliff.
