There is a expression called " elbow grease". Why aren't the tenants at least cleaning the kitchen walls ? There is litter and dirt in the hallway/stairwell is that the landlords fault? Do any of them/tenants own a broom? Look at the graffiti on the outside, landlord didn't do that... I would support the tenants if they took some responsibility and were proactive, show some effort in cleaning the place...

Im glad i dont live downstream from the encampment. The health department should test San Luis Obispo Creek for E. coli. Its got to be threw the roof as the homeless who are living along Bob Jones trail which parallels the creek dont have proper bathrooms to use. So all their waste will seep into the creek. When the water exits in Avila it must be really contaminated...
