We need more clean tech and high paying jobs. We have the land and the room. We are still bargain shopping compared to the Bay Area and we have a good pool of intelligent workers here.
More start ups and innovative industries need to be courted.

How about working on the adobes you are responsible for?
Stalwork does neat, clean and innovative work, including their headquarters. If they broke the rules, slap them on the wrist and move on. You have many important issues that need your attention.

That corner looks blighted. A responsible, sophisticated person who wants to improve and invest in downtown Paso Robles should be welcomed. Especially if it's a good project. Drive those folks away, and the residents end up with unviable hodgepodge.

The staff at Prado has much to deal with. There have to be rules when the down on their luck are mixed with the mentally ill.
