Re: “Parkinson's in the Park

I am 65 years old, I was diagnosed of Parkinsons disease at the age of 59. I had severe calf pain, muscle pain, slurred speech, frequent falls, loss of balance, difficulty getting up from sitting position. I was placed on Sinemet 3 times daily, it helped me but not very much. My neurologist advised me to try natural treatments and introduced me to Rich Herbal Garden Parkinsons Disease Herbal formula, I read alot of positive reviews from other patients who used the treatment and i immediately started on the treatment. I had great improvement and relief with this treatment, total decline of symptoms. Great improvement with speech, co-ordination, balance, muscle, mood etc, I gained back my life with this treatment and can never be thankful enough. Re: “Morro Bay Main Street Farmer Market

Glad that the Morro Bay Saturday Farmers Market is back! We missed them. But all is well now. And it's nice and cool here. Lots of free food samples from the many food vendors. A pleasant afternoon excursion.

Re: “Newsies: The Broadway Musical

A highly professional, fast pace socially significant production put on by the Nipomo High School drama and dance departments. As good or better than any I have seen on or off Broadway. Outstanding staging and choreography, by Director Robyn Metchik and Choreographer Suzy Miller. Ms. Metchik certainly know how to inspire the best in students. The brilliant cast feature Nick Blanton, a senior, and Maycee Macinnes, amazingly only a freshman . Jared and Maureen Sharon

Re: “Calendar Girls

We went to the show on Saturday night and were charmed by the entire cast and their fantastic performances. We laughed, we cried, and we cheered them on. When I realized the entire performance was over two hours, I was a little worried that it might drag. But the entire evening flew by and before we knew it the cast was taking their bows.

Good job to the entire production team! If you're in town, definitely check it out.

Re: “Morro Bay Martial Arts: World Champion Instruction

A great place to train! The instructor has over 35 years experience and it shows!
Since I have been talking kickboxing classes I have more focus, endurance, strength and confidence! He offers a private and small class setting. He is big on technique and learning to do it right.
I dont have a lot of time, so I live to get a great short workout in with all the additional benefits!

Re: “Wine Country Theatre presents Next To Normal

Dynamic performances by the entire cast! Mesmerizing and moving production with a very important message about the human condition and the way we connect and communicate with one another. Next to Normal is a passionate, stirring musical, full of relevant themes - marriage, family, Love, mental health, drugs, suicide, death and grief. And the Wine Country Theatre hits it out of the park!

Re: “The Black Glass Challenge at Croma Vera

This was great fun, and surprisingly, more challenging than it looks. My wife had a regular tasting (delicious Cabernet, Rose, Albarino, Tempranillo, blends) while I tried the black glass challenge. Tasting room staff are very nice, not pretentious at all.
