Worse is yet to come

Nipomo

We are looking at modern man’s final act of habitat destruction. The spreading oil rig blowout will whiplash back, destroying human beings who are arrogant to drill so deeply into the belly of Mother Earth. Through this arrogance, we may have just set in motion events that will ultimately destroy civilization.

In the future, we may talk about life on Earth as “pre-spill” versus “post-spill.” The post-spill world may be drowned in oil, suffering global extinction that will crash the human population. We have just done to ourselves what a giant meteorite did to the dinosaurs. I wish I am wrong for the sake of my grandchildren.
