What is this need for speeding? Country living is supposed to be slow and enjoyable, but for some reason drivers in Santa Margarita feel the need to drive 65 miles an hour plus and pass on curves and over double yellow lines. Combined with the Topaz Solar Plant (traffic and litter have increased tenfold), the proposed quarry near Highway 58 and Parkhill Road, and bicyclists, I can foresee a very bad situation for all of us.
So please, people, slow down and enjoy our beautiful scenery.
