As I watched public comment at the last Los Osos CSD board meeting, I was reminded again how important it will be to vote against the recall on Sept. 27. In spite of all the evidence otherwise, the opponents of the approved wastewater project continue to cling to the fantasy that it can be moved out of town and built for substantially less.
In my opinion, their rude behavior toward the board and supporters of the project has cost them what credibility they may have had.
