I was highly incensed and outraged by the reckless and insensitive analogy Ms. Jan Di Leo gave in the Feb. 24-March 3 New Times article (“Recall redux). I found her comments to be very racist in nature when she compared our “grassroots effort in moving the sewer to that of the Nazis. What kind of airhead is Ms. Di Leo, anyway?
I’ve been to Auschwitz and I’ve seen the work of Nazis. To say her analogy is out of line would be an understatement, and she needs to apologize for her gross distortion of the facts.
