Blame environmentalists for the gusher in the gulf 

Anyone who’s an environmentalist, member of the Sierra Club, or a liberal Democrat is partly responsible for the BP oil spill in the gulf. Had they allowed the oil companies to drill onshore in the lower 48 states and offshore in shallow waters off California and Alaska, the oil companies would not have been forced to drill in deep water. The Chinese are drilling off the coast of Cuba and the Russians drill on their side in Alaska, but  our government, including the EPA, is in a state of denial believing the world does not run on oil.

In Europe more than 60 percent of all cars are clean diesel. Here we have forced Americans into cars that deliver about 30 miles per gallon, but in Europe 50 to 65 miles per gallon is the norm. We have no energy policy and build cars that run on flex fuel no one produces that has no distribution system. The Leaf and the Volt will not revolutionize the car industry.
