Through Nov. 14, Senior Connection and several area health agencies are offering low-cost and free flu immunizations for people older than 60 and for members of high-risk populations. The clinics are being held in SLO, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, and Atascadero. Cost is $30 or less or free to Medicare plan B cardholders. For a list of times and dates, contact senior connection at 1-800-510-2020 or 928-2552. Shots will still be available after Nov. 14 at Sierra Vista hospital in SLO, the Paso Robles Activity center, Sav-On in Atascadero, Grover Beach at the Public Health Department, and at Twin Cities Hospital in Templeton.
