7 p.m. —Central Coast Wine Classic Paulee/Bring-Your-Own Special Bottle Dinner, presented by Dolphin Bay Executive Chef Evan Treadwell, at Dolphin Bay Resort, $125.
July 10
8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.—Central Coast Cycling Classic with Carissa Chappellet, from Dolphin Bay Resort, $75.
9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.—SLO County Zinfandel Symposium, Dolphin Bay Resort, $45.
9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.—Central Coast Chardonnay Symposium, Dolphin Bay Resort, $45.
11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.—Cooking demonstration and luncheon, hosted by Narsai David and featuring Cal Stamenov, executive chef of Marinus at Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley, at Dolphin Bay Resort, $125.
2:30 to 4:15 p.m.—Bordeaux Varietal Blend Symposium, focusing on wines from the Napa Valley, at Dolphin Bay Resort, $75.
4:30 to 5:30 p.m.—Champagne Louis Roederer Symposium, Dolphin Bay Resort, $45.
7 p.m.—Winery dinners at restaurants and wineries throughout San Luis Obispo County. Transportation from and returning to Dolphin Bay Resort is included, $95.
7 p.m.—Vertical Robert Mondavi Winery Reserve and Continuum Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon dinner with Tim Mondavi at the home of Maurice and Suzie Wedell. Festivities begin with Champagne Louis Roederer Cristal. Proceeds will be directed through the Central Coast Wine Classic Foundation to benefit 2009 Wine Classic nonprofit beneficiaries, $500.
July 11
10 a.m. to 5 p.m.—Rare and fine wine and lifestyle auction, silent auction and luncheon. All auction activities are at the Official Host auction venue, the Avila Beach Resort, in Avila Beach. Transportation from and returning to the Dolphin Bay Resort is included, $125.
July 12
10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.—Central Coast Marsanne and Roussanne Symposium, at Dolphin Bay Resort, $45.
1 to 4 p.m. – Reserve wine tasting, featuring the most special wines of an array of California wineries, at Dolphin Bay Resort, $45.
