& Carolina Special, Bear Ridge, Parkfield Peahens, Pacific Crest,
The Brother Barton, Borderline Bluegrass Band, Rick Jamison & Copper
Canyon, and a special "Kids on Stage" directed by Frank Solivan. The festival
takes place April 3-May 2 at the California Mid-State Fairgrounds,
