Hey Baby: Listen!
Electrified Moon: Listen!
Music Genre: Rock
Located: Los Angeles, CA
ROCKET: To rock the masses, take over the planet, and transform one listener at a time into greatness. What do you get when you combine one of the best lead singers with one of the best bands in the Los Angeles indie music scene? ROCKET. If you fuze together the vocal talents of Janelle Barreto (Lead Vox) (Exploiting Eve; Crush Girl Love Panic), the musicianship of the established Los Angeles band The Pills with Eric Wibbelsmann on Lead Guitar, Bill Luna on Bass, and Paul DePatie on Drums, and mix it all together with some great songwriting, it can only rock. The Pills had lost their lead singer and started the wide search to fill the spot. Barreto seemed the perfect match both in musical influence and experience. With notable singles, countless live shows, recording studio hours, awards and accomplishments between them, ROCKET is born. Rocket just released the singles HEY BABY and ELECTRIFIED MOON and continue in the studio working on their highly anticipated debut album.
