Should the Arroyo Grande Cemetery start watering its grass again?

Yes. It looks ugly and that's disrespectful to the families who come there to mourn.
They should water it a little more, but stay mindful of the state's drought.
No they need to find an alternative like dryscaping.
Leave it as is. Saving water is more important than aesthetics.

The Martin Paris Band formed in 2001 is a truly diverse style of music and players.From Pop,Rock,Country and light jazzier tunes, they are a band that can play weddings, wineries, and Concert in the Park shows. Formed by Martin Paris on acoustic guitar, the band also features vocalist Debby White, Kelly Powers on electric guitar and fiddle, Terry Newby on bass, and Matt Wilson on drums. They continue to bring new and fun music to the already eclectic mix of material.
