The Axia is dominating the hard rock scene of the Cental California. With their die hard fan's and immense local radio support they’re consistently performing at sold out shows. The Axia offer's a new sound that's been long awaited by listeners everywhere. This year they have shared the stage with such acts as; L.A. Guns, The Bullet Boys, Travis T. Warren and Chris Thorn(Blind Mellon), and Devon Allman and his Honeytribe. Eager to spread their music to a rapidly expanding fanbase, the band is booking shows for their upcoming "Transcendental Medication" tour from San Diego, CA to Seattle, Wa (Spring 2008) in support of their highly anticipated and locally acclaimed album "The Axia E.P". Released in mid March the album was immediately picked up by New Rock 107.3FM and earned The Axia a spot on the New Rock “SLO and Dysfuntional” compilation CD and subsequent tours. The Axia has also been featured 93.3 KZOZ’s Jeff and Jeremy Morning Show. The response has been unbelievieble and the E-Mails keep pouring in.
