Weekly Poll
How should decision makers hold developers responsible for their impact on already low water supplies?

Copy Cambria: build an emergency water facility, hope for the best.
Pose as Paso : Ban new water use unless it can be offset.
Pretend to be Pismo: (allegedly) con someone into buying water for you.
Screw rules: El Niño will save us.

Jill Targer

Type of Art: Paintings
Where you can see my art:

Local galleries and wineries up and down the Central Coast and So. California, www.jilltarger.com,and on cocktail napkins all over the USA.

About Me/My Art:

I work primarily in watercolor and silk. My one-of-a-kind hand-painted scarves are in demand throughout the country. I love to paint! My personal goal is to emphasize the happy common threads in our world, while celebrating the uniqueness of each of us. I try to illustrate this with humor and color. I don’t expect to change the world through passion, but I do hope to change it one smile at a time.
