Weekly Poll
What would you like to see the United States do about ISIS?

Air strikes are a start, but let’s put boots on the ground.
Look for less confrontational ways to address the situation, like economic sanctions and a multilateral peacekeeping effort.
They’re a pissed off byproduct of the 2003 Iraq invasion. Maybe it’s time to stop creating more terrorists.
Let’s begin by helping the refugees that fled from their violence.

About Me/My Art:

For this prolific designer, the sky truly is the limit. Just how many creative designs has she made over the last 30 years? She lost count a long time ago but guesses "in the thousands!" Her designs have been published in paperback and hard cover books, magazines, idea sheets and newsletters. From discards to recyclables, kids crafts, embellished wearables, home décor, brown bag paper crafts and newspaper crafts, ribbon, bread dough, aluminum foil to buttons, Heidi's design talents are in a superior class of their own. As the daughter of Aleene Jackson, America's beloved "Mother of Crafting" and inventor of Aleene's Tacky Glue, Heidi's first creative expressions started at a very young age. Her recently published books include Handmade Paper Jewelry (Sterling/Chapelle) and Beginners Guide to Mosiacs (Time Warner/Leisure Arts). This self-proclaimed "Queen of Green" is currently working on a new recycled creative book for Leisure Arts.
