We are a lively Celtic band of four with ties to either Scotland, Ireland, Wales or Canada. Our music flows from upbeat tunes to ballads and from traditional poets to contemporary composers. With a name taken from a 17th century band of Scottish gypsy troublemakers, we are the Gillie Wheesels.

Louder Space formed in San Luis Obispo, CA on October 5th, 2011 when bassist Oren Ben-Joseph and drummer Philip Tyler joined up with singer Chris Kaye and guitarist Clayton Daly. Meeting each other at a party, the group instantly connected on similar music tastes and the desire to jam together. Since then, the group has been rocking out and working hard to make new exciting music.

Last spring they began collaborating with Anthony and Warren, and Doe was formed. With soothing melodies and catchy guitar riffs, their music has a fun and inviting feel that's sure to grab your attention. They are currently working on an EP, to be released later this year.
