My vote is for Caren Ray

By Art Herbon - Nipomo Mesa

Caren Ray is the best candidate for 4th District San Luis Obispo County supervisor. She has the background and experience this critical office requires. She does her homework and shows up prepared for the challenges of the office. She is an effective leader for SLO County.

Caren has two degrees, including a master’s degree from Cal Poly. She has owned a small business, taught high school history and government, and has 10 years of leadership experience in local government.

Caren Ray is well known for her consensus-building style of leadership, having brought together opposing factions to effectively deal with water-shortage issues. Her non-partisan leadership style is exactly what this Board of Supervisors needs.

Caren’s experience and accomplishments give me confidence to wholeheartedly endorse her for SLO County Supervisor, 4th District. Please vote for Caren Ray on June 3.
