Weekly Poll
How much do you think large monetary contributions to campaigns can sway elected officials?

Way too much; it’s seriously time to big take money out of politics.
Enough to reevaluate campaign finance laws and how they impact our political system.
Maybe a little; but in the end they still must answer to voters.
Not a concern; it’s how things work, and any serious candidate must stack some chips.

Yes, we deliver

By Dixon Moore - San Luis Obispo

This is in response to Mr. Berger from Oceano (“Bring groceries to my door!” March 13). There is a grocery delivery service here on the Central Coast called We Deliver the Goods. It’s based in San Luis Obispo and has been in operation for three years. We primarily service just San Luis Obispo proper, but we do have an associate in the South County who could be of service to Mr. Berger and any of his friends or neighbors.

He can order online at wedeliverthegoods.com or by calling (855) 277-4447. Let us know if we can be of service.
