The San Luis Obispo Farmers Market takes place every Thursday from 6-9pm on Higuera St. between Osos and Nipomo and includes over 120 vendors of produce, dairy, barbecue, flowers, and more.

The Lompoc Public Library is currently engaged in a Call for Artists for consideration as an exhibitor in the Lompoc Library’s Grossman Gallery. On Sept. 4, artists must provide a representative body of work of at least 6 exhibit-ready pieces.
September 4 (Thur & Sun: noon-6pm; Fri & Sat: noon-9pm)
Figurative is 5 week exhibit showcasing local art work that represents forms derived from life, human, and the human condition using a creative, symbolic, or emblematic interpretation of things that are alive, through Sept. 28.
