Our February Havdalah program will be a presentation by CBD Members Ron and Sandy Baers about their recent trip to Cuba. Come share a bit of Cuban culture as they share with us what they learned about the Jewish Community in Cuba. Following a brief Havdalah service, they will make their audio and visual presentation.

FREE ENERGY BALANCING CLINIC

Global Alliance for Balance and Healing is offering free energy balancing sessions on Feb. 16. The free clinic will be held at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in the Auditorium. Look for our Global Alliance signs. Sessions are 25 minutes in duration, appropriate for all ages, and no appointment is necessary. All are welcome.

Looking for a way to keep up your fitness goals? Come join us on Feb. 16 for a fun-run/walk through Cal Poly's beautiful rolling hills! It will be Valentines Day themed: discount for registering as a couple (or friend). This run is a fundraiser for the Cal Poly Triathlon team, and 20 percent of the money will be donated to the SLO Food Bank. Everyone will get a t-shirt and there will be a half-mile fun run for kids.
