The Cal Poly Symphony performs music inspired by, and interpreted through visual art. The centerpiece of the concert will be a collaboration with Sky Bergman, an internationally exhibited and published photographer who serves as the chair of Cal Poly’s Art and Design Department. Bergman will re-interpret Modest Mussorgsky’s “Pictures at an Exhibition” with her own images of people and cultures across the globe. Also Respighi’s 'Trittico Botticelliano' inspired by Boticelli's paintings. On Nov. 18.
