Class meets: 9/10-12/19 M/W 5:30-6:30p $77 Perform strength, cardio and flexibility exercises for a total body workout. Utilize free weights, Poz- A-Balls™, Gliding Discs™, resistance bands, body weight and Yoga/Pilates exercises for complete conditioning.

Global Alliance for Balance and Healing is offering a free Community Outreach program entitled “Shift Discussions” on Wednesday, October 24 at 6:00pm. “Shift Discussions" will be facilitated by Wendy McKenna, Holistic Healer and Founder of Global Alliance and Elizabeth Sullivan, Energy Healer and Volunteer Administrator of Global Alliance, and will table for discussion current global events and their correlation to humanity's evolution and consciousness shift.
