On Oct. 18 The Central Coast Clean Cities Coalition (C5) will host a car show based on vehicles using alternative fuels. Organizers hope to educate the public on the availability, affordability and overall benefits of alternative fuel vehicles. This show is part of National Alternative Fuel Vehicle Day Odyssey, a nationwide effort to educate Americans on the benefits of alternative fuels.

The Wellness Kitchen Presents our 2nd Annual Fundraiser: S.O.U.L. Food Cook-off: A Top Chef Competition, featuring seasonal, organic, unrefined, and local foods. Three local chefs have one hour to create a signature dish using only fresh, locally provided ingredients (supplied in a basket along with basic pantry items).
