Lessons and Classes January 17 (6:30pm) This 12-week program advises proper nutrition and food choices while encouraging exercise. The group meets every Tues. through March 13. Each person will receive personalized one-on-one coaching. Participation costs $39 for all 12 weeks. $10 of each entry will be donated to a local children's charity, and the rest of the proceeds will be awarded to the "biggest loser."
