Announcements (Times vary) The countdown begins July 10. In one year the City of Arroyo Grande will be celebrating their 100th year anniversary. A Centennial Committee has been formed and a variety of events are being planned which will begin in July 2011 and continue throughout the year culminating with a celebration weekend in July including a parade, bike ride, historical re-enactments, a community-wide dinner/dance, and fireworks. Community members are encouraged to visit and join the Facebook page to post their comments, Arroyo Grande memories and to keep up-to-date with activities and information.
