This class takes place on Sun. and is taught by a professional film actor/director. Annual LA trips to perform for talent agents and casting directors. Ongoing.
THE UNIVERSITY ART GALLERY

is a venue that nurtures creativity, empathy, and big-picture thinking by bringing bold thinkers, emerging and established artists, and creative professionals to campus. Receptions are held the day a new exhibit is installed.

CASA INFO SESSION
Speak up for a child. Learn about becoming an advocate for an abused child and other volunteer opportunities at CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). The fourth Wednesday of every month.

Songwriters At Play presents Kristen Black. –She is a Cal Poly chemistry professor and folk-rock bandleader. After dropping out of the music circuit for a few years, she's back with a trio which includes local mandolin player, Mark Travis and bassist Greg Steers. Special guests on March 31 include Dorian Michael, Peter Yelda, and Nashville's Melody Guy.

Shades of Green is the title for the new show opening at the Art Center Morro Bay on Thursday, February 21 and running through Monday, April 1. Featured artists Diane Henderson and Ray Atzet present acrylic and watercolor paintings around a theme. A reception for the artists that is open to the public will take place Sunday, February 24 from 2 to 4 PM. Art Center Morro Bay is at 835 Main Street in Morro Bay. For more information call 772-2504.
