First Crush Wine Workshop Cost: $10 Film and TV
February 7 (6pm) Always Faithful is a feature length documentary about U.S. Marine Corps dog teams on the front lines of war in Iraq and Afghanistan. It will be shown on Feb. 7 at the Park Cinemas as a fundraiser for Sherwood Dog Park. Renowned film director and cinematographer Harris Done and U.S. Marine and dog handler Mike Dowling will attend and introduce the film at 7pm following a wine reception which starts at 6pm. February 7 (6 pm) The Central Coast Koi Club will hold its next meeting on February 7 from 6 to 8:30pm. Meetings are typically held at a member’s home or business on the first Thursday of every month. The first half hour is for relaxed socializing and pond viewing. An informal pot luck meal follows, where discussions are entertaining and fun. This month’s meeting will include an informational talk on BRINGING YOUR POND OUT OF WINTER.
